Emilio Ramos (he/they) is a theatre director and creative collaborator based in New York City.

He directed the Off-Broadway revival of See What I Wanna See, which received three Drama Desk Award nominations, including Outstanding Revival of a Musical. Currently, they serve as Associate Director for the Tony-winning Broadway productions of Maybe Happy Ending and Hadestown.

Other AD credits include the Tony-winning revival of Parade, Vanya at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (starring Andrew Scott) and the acclaimed Encores! production of The Light in the Piazza. Emilio is also on adjunct faculty at NYU Steinhardt and was recently named in the Theatrely31 Class of 2025.

He is represented by Skyler Gray at The Gersh Agency and a proud member of Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC).

Emilio is mixed-race Filipino and Anglo-Australian. They are gender non-conforming and use he/they pronouns interchangeably. He lives in Manhattan with their partner and their one-eyed dog, Sebastian.
